Ariadne Handmade Bowl | Black Walnut

Jeanette Morrow's Ariadne Handmade Bowl features an antique grand tour intaglio. In Greek art, Ariadne is associated with the red thread that she gives to Theseus to lead him safely out of the Labyrinth.

This piece is a Medium Bowl.  

• Approximately 9.25” in diameter and 3.5” in height
• This piece is glazed in Black Walnut, a deep rich brown with subtle breaks.

All sizes are approximate and due to the nature of the pieces, slight imperfections should be expected (and embraced!) All pieces are hand built out of stoneware and glazed using only lead free and food safe glazes.
