Those in favor of responsible, considered designs will appreciate Veja's 'Rio Branco' sneakers - they're made from the brand's innovative Alveomesh, which is formed from recycled plastic bottles. They're trimmed with suede and have leather 'V' logos appliquéd at the sides. The supportive soles are molded from wild Amazonian rubber.

The Alveomesh is a technical fabric made out exclusively of recycled polyester. It brings breathability, flexibility and lightness to the shoe.
