Teixidors throws and blankets are designed to be timeless. Handcrafted work and respect for materials form the springboard of our creations: two ideas that will never lose their value. We also go a step further and actively participate in initiatives that strive to achieve a better future from an environmental or social perspective.

Sustainability is more than just an environmental concern; it’s a global concept that encompasses social issues like equal integration and focuses on responsible consumerism.

Since its foundation in 1983, Teixidors has been a cooperative with a clear social vocation geared towards improving economic independence and social integration for people with learning difficulties. This objective, which has always been a priority, stems from tremendously creative work that is capable of generating exceptional products. We create unique, unrepeatable products made with highest quality materials that always follow an entirely manual process. Our project is not a romantic utopia; it’s a work philosophy with a focus on singularity, on the beauty of unique items.

PHILOSOPHY

Teixidors drinks from the fountain of artisan work, tools, processes and attitude. We use classic wool looms, we thread the best raw materials (merino wool, cashmere, linen...) and we follow a strictly manual process. This is the core of our work, a recipe that combines tradition with a vision of the future.
